NLRMTA is the provincial music teachers association in Newfoundland and Labrador. Our national affiliate is the Canadian Federation of Music Teachers Association (CFMTA)

This organization offers teachers the opportunities to share musical ideas at regular meetings and to become actively involved in promoting and enriching music education in our great province. With membership, a host of performing opportunities become available for our students through recitals, master classes, scholarships and competitions, both provincially and nationally.
